It's so easy to use. I'm older and not tech savvy but it wasn't bad learning how to use it. I'm sure I'm not using it to it's full potential but I'm using it for what I need. The design is nice, I replaced the straps and added a screen protector. I have a very stressful job and this watch has really helped me with my anxiety. When I am feeling overwhelmed I hide in my office and do the breathing exercises. I can see how my sleeping habits are, and realized I need more sleep. I never thought I'd be a fit bit kind of person but I guess I'm one now.

I am running and training on certain levels of heart rate, pace. It really helps to not just keep of track the actual run series but also my general sense of wellness. I have notice that it is very accurate on predicting when I need to take it easy and adapt my training plan accordingly.
The readiness and stress management are the features that I really like from the sense in addition to all other features.
I do not use much the smartness related non-health features. But is nice to pay with the it or answer the phone once in a while.

I have used a watches for years but this was my first smart watch. I love it. It’s so nice to see your text messages and phone calls without having to grab your phone. It is great at tracking everything it should and surprised me by even recognizing my jogging. Overall extremely happy!

Over all my years of running and now just Fitness exercising this is the best watch I have owned. It records everything including my atrial fibrillation, sleep, daily ordinary movements, up and down stairs, etc.  Finally, it gives me at least 5 days of battery charge. In closing, my last watches were Apples which I swore by until this came along and at a less expensive cost. Almost forgot, the Sense is waterproof to 50 feet as I recall.

I am very happy with it so far but it's only been a couple weeks. I like the sleep rating and how many minute for deep sleep and light sleep. Also, keeping track of my steps and floors climbed. It show a lot of stats that is very helpful.

I have a collection of other watches that I no longer wear since receiving this smart watch. It provides all of the information I need to monitor my fitness, connects seamlessly to my iPhone, and is customizable in clock face look, which I like to change periodically depending on my mood. To me, it does everything an Apple Watch can do, but costs a lot less and doesn’t need to be charged nearly as often (typically once a week). I love it and doubt I’ll ever wear another smart watch/fitness monitoring device.

I didn’t need anything super crazy And this one is nice. I don’t wear it to sleep in just because but otherwise it works well. I do find that when I start working out and my heart rate is high I do have to pause and give it a minute to find my pulse and catch up

For fitness tracking, this is a much better device than an apple watch. The actual step counting is much more accurate, and the goals are easier to understand and more useful than apple’s ring system.
